We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across a number of commercial environments in and around Suffolk / Essex. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, etc.). Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate specialist works. Respond to emergency breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota if required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements. Escalate issues to Supervisor/Contract Manager immediately.
