The OpportunityAs a Project Manager within the Balance of Plant (BoP) area at Hinkley Point C, youll play a pivotal role in delivering complex installation and commissioning contracts tied to ancillary buildings. This is a technically demanding position where youll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractor performance, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget. Youll interface with key stakeholders across design, construction, and delivery, taking full accountability for contract management, change control, and lifecycle delivery in support of EDFs journey towards An Electric Britain. This role is based on-site at #HinkleyPointC, reflecting the importance of close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders in a live construction environment. Youll typically spend two days per week on site, and 1 day from either our Bridgwater or Bristol office. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed in line with project needs, ensuring youre supported while contributing to one of the UKs most ambitious energy programmes. This role offers significant scope and responsibility, giving you exposure to large-scale contract governance, financial control, and complex stakeholder engagement. Who You AreWere looking for a Project Manager with experience in complex construction or engineering environments who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and delivering results in regulated settings.
