We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our growing team and develop a career in this fast-moving sector. The role You will support our commercial team on live data centre projects, working on the cost management and contractual administration of M&E packages. This is a hands-on graduate role with structured development and exposure to high-value, technically complex projects from day one. Key responsibilities Cost management You will assist with the preparation and monitoring of cost plans, budgets and cash flow forecasts for M&E works. You will carry out measurement and take-offs of M&E services, help build up cost estimates, and review and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, preparing tender comparisons and reports. You will also assist with the valuation of interim payments, including materials on and off site and long-lead equipment such as generators, UPS systems, switchgear, chillers and CRAH/CRAC units, and track cost movements to prepare regular cost reports for clients and project teams.
