The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and possess a solid knowledge of human anatomy. This role requires the ability to create a relaxing environment for clients while addressing their individual needs through tailored massage treatments. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences., • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Sports massage, deep tissue, and reflexology, ensuring each treatment is customised to the client's requirements., • Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are hygienic and well-stocked., • Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols., • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey., • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Skills Qualification VTCT, ITEC Level 3 in massage therapy,Sports Massage Or any relevant • Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective treatment planning., • Proficiency in various massage modalities with the ability to adapt techniques based on client feedback., • Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively., • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments while providing quality care., • A commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices within the field of massage therapy.
