We are a busy, independent community pharmacy in Worthing looking to recruit a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our growing team. This role would suit someone with some pharmacy dispensing experience who is keen to develop their skills in a supportive, well-organised environment. This position supports human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training, while also managing healthcare compliance initiatives such as policy adherence, regulatory reporting, and staff credentialing. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, background checks, and new hire onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including training and certifications. Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiries.
