Role Overview As the Technical Lead, you’ll oversee a section of the engineering team, champion best practices, and set the technical direction for our products. You’ll play a key role in product development, resource allocation, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture. Expertise in modern tech stacks (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS). Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor engineering teams. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Product Focus: Experience working closely with product teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
