Vacancy | Commercial & Partnerships Officer Location: This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, OX14 4SB), from home, and across the County. Salary: Band 3 (£30,678-£37,874) per annum, dependent on experience. Hours: 35 hours per week, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends in line with the demands of the role. Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term Contract (expiring June 2028) The Opportunity Berks & Bucks FA is seeking a driven and collaborative Commercial & Partnerships Officer to lead its commercial and partnership work across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and the Vale of the White Horse. The role is vital to increasing access to funding and partnerships that enable the organisation to further develop the game, connect people, and change lives. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all areas of the organisation. They must be determined, a strong team player, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Main Responsibilities • Support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Berks & Bucks FA Business Strategy, • Maximise new and existing corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities to grow revenue for reinvestment into grassroots football, • Collaborate with departments across the organisation, especially Marketing & Communications, to identify and activate sponsorship and partnership opportunities, • Achieve and exceed annual commercial income targets as outlined in the Business Strategy Candidate Profile • Passionate about the value of football in connecting and transforming lives across diverse communities, • Proven track record in fundraising and developing impactful partnerships, • Ability to speak passionately about the positive impact of grassroots football, • Skilled in influencing stakeholders at all levels, • Commitment to training and development, • Access to the Employee Assistance Programme, • A forward-thinking employer with people at the heart of decision-making, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Closing Date & Interviews The deadline for applications is 11:59pm on Sunday 26th October 2025.
