Key Responsibilities • Represent the voice of the guest by monitoring and responding to all social media comments, direct messages and reviews with professionalism and warmth., • Effectively plan social media posts to ensure we have a consistent schedule of market leading content., • Create and execute content for main channels including Instagram & Tiktok, both organic and paid., • Develop relationships with third parties - basic knowledge of influencer marketing and PR., • Uphold the values and culture of Permanently Unique Group, contributing to a positive, high-performing team., • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and events that drive measurable revenue, reservations, and brand engagement across all brands and venues., • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align social and digital strategy with overall business objectives and financial performance., • Track and report on marketing ROl, highlighting opportunities to optimise spend and enhance commercial performance., • Support the implementation of an integrated social and communications strategy, ensuring marketing activities are delivered on time and to standard., • Shoot support. Leading and supporting shoots including: writing shoot lists, creating mood boards, ordering props, styling and running., • Maintain an organised content management system, asset library, and campaign tracking documentation., • Produce monthly social reports analysing engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness against agreed KPIs., • Assist with other time-sensitive or cross-functional marketing projects as needed within the wider team., • Develop and implement a rolling social content calendar for all brands across key channels - Instagram,, • Work collaboratively with the people team to execute a Linkedin strategy in keeping with brand guidelines and tone of voice, promoting us as a best employer., • Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence and foster audience loyalty., • Create engaging, on-brand copy for digital platforms, newsletters, blogs, and the website, ensuring consistent tone of voice and storytelling., • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing and social media opportunities to keep Permanently Unique and it's brands at the forefront of the industry., • Champion the unique identities of Tattu, Fenix, and Louis through creative and consistent marketing content that reflects their individual aesthetics, culinary innovation, and guest experience., • Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure promotional content aligns with seasonal menus events, and campaigns. Skills & Experience Required • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry., • Some knowledge of iPhone filming (UGC), CRM and Website support (wordpress) is required., • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects., • Proficiency with content creation tools is preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.), • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics., • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills., • A passion for food, drink, culture, and storytelling.

THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Developing and executing a local sales plan for each of the properties within the North cluster Owning a high-activity sales pipeline, including consistent outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, face-to-face meetings) to meet KPIs Driving a structured volume of weekly sales activity, including minimum call, meeting and proposal targets Managing key clients, conducting reviews to identify opportunities and executing development plans to maximise revenue Actively assisting with B2B sales, managing key local accounts and liaising with the central sales team to engage with key central accounts Ensuring databases are kept up to date Staying in-the-know with Locke business developments across all locations Reporting to key stakeholders on sales activity Networking at events, exhibitions and conferences to grow strong relationships Hosting fam trips, property showcases, sales presentations and events Taking part in training when needed THE FIRE YOU CARRY Innate customer service skills No-nonsense commercial awareness Brain built for problem solving Drive to hit and exceed stretching sales KPIs Comfort working in a high-accountability, target-led sales environment Resilience and stamina to maintain consistent outbound activity Competitive, self-motivated and disciplined in managing activity levels Impeccable planning and organisation Next-level communication Competence in Word, PowerPoint and Excel for sales presentations and reporting YOUR PROVEN TRACK 4+ years’ experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or relocation housing sales, ideally across multiple markets.
