Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based across our Putney and Guildford showrooms. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of Kallums Bathrooms across both residential and trade markets. Key tasks involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, consulting with clients to understand their design aspirations and requirements, and working closely with our design teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from first enquiry to final handover. Additional responsibilities include market research, contract negotiations, and consistently meeting sales targets - all while upholding the values and reputation that define Kallums Bathrooms. Qualifications • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships, • Experience in luxury goods, interior design, or bathroom furnishings is beneficial but not required, • Knowledge of market trends in construction, interior design, or home improvement, • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and meet or exceed sales targets, • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and negotiation skills, • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, • Willingness to work on-site across our Putney and Guildford showrooms Salary Competitive, dependent on experience.
