Tasks - Providing high-quality customer service to establish a strong relationship with the local community; addressing complaints and resolving issues - Serving Gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company’s quality standard - Overseeing daily operations to ensure the shop runs smoothly - Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders for supplies as needed - Ensure all products meet company standards for quality and consistency - Creating a strong work ethic within the team, managing and recruiting staff - Recruit, hire, and train new staff members. Provide ongoing training and development - Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours - Attending staff meeting - Maintaining cleanliness - Ensure the shop complies with all health and safety regulations. Your Job Upon Completion Once you have completed all of the mandatory training and exams, we will place you into an entry level health & safety role as either a advisor, officer or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£45K.
