We are building a strong team and are looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to lead and take ownership of our bar operations. The Role As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring excellent service, strong team leadership, and tight control of stock and costs. This is a key role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.
