The Business Development Manager will play a key part in growing a national loyalty-style rebate programme that connects clients with trusted suppliers. Youll spot opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and ensure both clients and suppliers get real, measurable value. What Youll Do This role is all about growth, insight, and influence. Day-to-day, youll: Analyse client spend patterns using Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Identify opportunities to expand supplier participation and maximise rebate value. Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients and suppliers. Visit potential new clients and suppliers to introduce the programme. Present programme benefits clearly and persuasively. Monitor supplier performance and support accurate rebate tracking. Prepare reports and insights for the Network Director. Support onboarding for new clients and suppliers. Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining documentation standards. Work independently with structure, initiative, and strong organisation. What Were Looking For Youll thrive in this role if you are: Confident analysing data and communicating it clearly. Skilled in Excel and comfortable with large datasets. Experienced in business development or account management. Great at building rapport and influencing decisions. A strong presenter with excellent communication skills. Organised, structured, and self-driven. Commercially aware and able to spot growth opportunities. Willing to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.
