What Youll Do As Service Manager , youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department, driving people performance, process efficiency, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire the service team, promoting a positive and productive culture Oversee workshop control and technician scheduling to maximise efficiency Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and satisfaction Monitor departmental performance and report on key KPIs Manage budgets, WIP, cash flow, and departmental accounts Ensure compliance with company processes, manufacturer standards, and health & safety regulations Foster teamwork, development, and continuous improvement across the department About You Were looking for a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic dealership environment.
