Join the Team at Trinco! About Us We believe that when people, food, culture, wellbeing and community come together, incredible things happen. We opened our first site in East Dulwich in 2020, home to our award-winning, Sri Lankan-inspired Trinco restaurant, alongside coworking and one of South London's most-loved yoga and wellbeing spaces. In 2023 , we transformed a former BHS department store in Sutton into a vibrant multi-use destination featuring coworking, wellbeing, events, rooftop garden bar and Trinco restaurant. Our rooftop garden is home to three resident chickens, and last year we harvested over 100kg of fruit, vegetables and herbs which make their way straight into our kitchen. At the heart of everything we do is Trinco. Trinco is an innovative and collaborative kitchen, drawing inspiration from the traditional home-cooked Sri Lankan meals of Trincomalee in Sri Lanka, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients and sustainability. The restaurant operates as Trinco by Day, 7 days a week, and Trinco by Night on Saturday evenings, each offering a unique dining experience. Trinco is so much more than a restaurant! Throughout the year we also host weddings, private celebrations, and rooftop parties. One day you might be serving a relaxed brunch to our co-working members, the next leading service for a rooftop wedding or a sold-out summer DJ event. No two weeks are ever the same. We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Restaurant Manager who wants to build something special with us. Join the Team at Trinco! What You'll Be Doing Leading and overseeing the day-to-day operation of Trinco, ensuring exceptional service every day. Managing and motivating a team of approximately 10 front-of-house staff.
