Theatre Manager You’ll report to the Theatre Director and be responsible for the Customer Experience, Ticketing and Administration teams. As a Swim Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our swim school whilst looking to grow the programme through innovation and creative ideas. You will develop our teachers through CPD training whilst working collaboratively with other departments across the business to ensure an innovative programme of activities are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be a key holder for the building and therefore will be responsible for opening and closing the site whilst on shift. Our sites are open from 6am - 10pm so flexibility with working hours is required.
