Standalone role, real ownership, SEO-led. Built for someone who likes generating leads, not just traffic. About us Precision Builders Ltd is a growing construction group based in Gloucestershire. As we scale, we need a marketer who can take full ownership of how we attract and convert high-quality enquiries across multiple websites and service lines. The role This is a hands-on, standalone position. You'll set the strategy and deliver it. Day-to-day you will: • Own and deliver group-wide marketing strategy, • Lead SEO and organic growth across multiple websites, • Build high-performing service and location pages, • Run lead generation campaigns that convert, • Create content: case studies, project updates, technical pages, • Proven marketing experience with measurable results, • Strong SEO and digital marketing capability, • A track record of generating qualified leads, not just traffic, • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver independently, • Commercial mindset. You care about pipeline, not vanity metrics Most marketing jobs at this level are one cog in a big team. This isn't. You'll set the direction, make the calls, and see the results of your work directly in the enquiry pipeline. If you've been waiting for the role where you actually own marketing, this is it. Where you'll work Primarily office-based in Gloucestershire, with site visits across the group. Some weeks that means five days in. Other weeks, when you've got heads-down work like content writing or technical SEO, working from home makes more sense. We're flexible about the mix. We care about output, not bums on seats. But the default is in-person, and you'll need to be local enough to make that work. If you're looking for a fully remote or fixed-hybrid role with set WFH days, this won't be the right fit. How to apply Send your CV plus answers to the questions below to • Describe how you have used SEO or digital marketing to generate enquiries or leads, including the actions you took and the results achieved., • What would your first priorities be in improving website performance and increasing high-quality enquiries? Interviews will take place during the week commencing 22 June and include a short presentation.
