Housekeeping duties include: - Maintaining a clean kitchen - Laundry, organizing wardrobes, ironing - Cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms - Changing towels and bed linen - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing surfaces - Tidying children play areas - Ensuring the dog water bowl is full, dog food is out, letting the dog out as required - Assist with running errands, such as food shopping and other household needs - Oversee contractors as needed for home maintenance and repairs The ideal candidate will be child-friendly, adaptive, understand the family's preferences and how they like their home cared for. The family are looking to hire somebody trustworthy and loyal and on a long-term basis. We are looking for Control Room Operatives to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure control room environment, handling telephone and computer-based dispatch systems. You will be responsible for receiving customer calls and efficiently allocating resources to assist drivers experiencing breakdowns or road traffic incidents within our operating area. Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently. • Communicate and dispatch jobs to the appropriate recovery teams. • Provide customers with timely updates on their service requests. • Maintain and update records within the computer system. • Deliver a high standard of customer service in a professional and friendly manner in a fast-paced environment.
