We advise businesses and private equity on operational improvement and growth opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash levels, maximise value and enhance overall performance. Our sector-agnostic team operates on both the buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, leads operational transformation initiatives for large businesses and private equity portfolio companies, and supports management teams in evaluating strategic options for their businesses. We’ll help you succeed Our service offerings include operational due diligence; separation & carve-out support; identification and implementation of EBITDA improvement programmes; working capital and cash optimisation; and advising on operational transformation. We are a small, dynamic and fast-growing team. Although team members are highly numerate, we approach our assignments from an operational and performance perspective and draw upon our considerable experience in industry and advisory work in support of this service. This experience includes having implementation experience. This role would suit experienced professionals with relevant work experience. Director Market Access Position Summary The Director Market Access will be responsible for leading reimbursement & HTA submissions across target markets in EMEA. The role spans Evidence, Value and Access domains and will cover a diverse set of challenges and processes across various geographies.
