SEMH Teacher Prospero Teaching is working with a specialist education provision in the Reading area to recruit a passionate and dedicated Teacher (QTS) for a permanent role starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people who benefit from a smaller, more personalised learning environment. The setting supports pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning in mainstream education and focuses on helping students re-engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. The school welcomes applications from teachers across a range of subject specialisms and does not require previous experience working within an alternative provision. Full support will be provided for teachers who are interested in transitioning into a specialist setting.
