We are looking for a Building Services Mechanical Engineer with a minimum HND in Mechanical Building Services. Experience within a Building Services Consultancy is preferred, although Project or Contract Managers from a Design and Build background will also be considered. The ideal candidate will: * Be confident taking a project from concept to completion, using client brief documents and preparing proposal documents * Be able to develop this information into fully coordinated mechanical drawings and specifications for both tender and construction * Manage projects effectively and resolve technical and construction issues related to mechanical installations * Attend monthly design meetings, assess contractor valuations, carry out site inspections, witness testing of installations and produce snagging reports * Be computer literate.
