This includes, but is not limited to, TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, formal disciplinary hearings, mediation, grievance meetings (where mediation is not appropriate), medical capability reviews, and wellbeing meetings., • Take responsibility for end-to-end case management, including all associated correspondence and formal letter writing, for assigned cases within the case management system, ensuring timely completion in line with agreed SLAs., • Manage third-party engagement, particularly with Trade Union representatives, in a professional and effective manner, minimising risk and ensuring outcomes remain aligned with company policy, legal requirements, and business interests (Please see the attached full job specification for more details.)
