Description As a\nService Delivery Manager, you will manage the safe and efficient\nreplacement of Gas mains within NW CMO delivery of works programmes\nfor your business unit. You will be responsible for a working\nenvironment, which ensures the achievement of all safety and\nenvironment legislation, engineering and customer\nstandards. You will\nprovide operational leadership – ensuring that the work is\ndelivered safely, on time, within budget and to our Client’s\nexpectations. In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is\ncritical. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner\nwhich meets or exceeds customer expectations and adopts a ‘right\nfirst time’ approach. Key\nResponsibilities • You will\nbe managing the Service Delivery Supervisor’s, Customer Liaison\nOfficers and Local Delivery Partner(s) for your business unit /\narea to ensure that all work carried out reaches the required\nlevels of safety and technical policies and procedures.\n, • Ensure that all safety and environmental policies and\nprocedures, legislative and statutory obligations are\nmet., • Maintaining strong customer focus, to\nsupport and deliver market leading C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction)\nscores., • Responsible for workforce operational\nperformance to ensure that all objectives are met and that problems\nare anticipated and resolved., • Ensure that all\nwork is carried out according to NRSWA, and be responsible for\neffective liaison and collaboration with Highways Authorities,\nLocal Authorities, and other Utilities etc.\n, • Integrate new cost-effective working methods into work\nactivities, whilst maintaining an effective employee relations\nclimate, • Ensure that communications are\ndelivered effectively so that all staff understand business\nstrategy, objectives, standards of service and business performance\n(e.g. team talks), • Maintain strong customer\nfocus, to support improved OFGEM score\n, • Monitor, meet and strive to exceed all business\nperformance targets, • Promote and operate a\nculture of zero tolerance of accidents and self-inflicted\nincidents, • Continually monitor performance,\nutilising defined business measures and seeking continuous\nimprovement through ways of working, • Manage\ntheir business unit to promote team working and\ncollaboration, • Carry out the appropriate\nperformance reviews and development of staff, defined by\nP&OD, • Ensure that Occupational Health\nrequirements are implemented, • To be responsible\nfor the Health, Safety and Environmental issues pertaining to\ndirect reports including safe control of operations, permits and\nmaintenance of ISO14001 accreditation Network Plus is\nproud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
