Overall Job Description The successful candidate will have proven experience working on large-scale event and hospitality programmes for high-profile brands or organisations within F1, with four-plus years’ experience in client servicing and onsite event management. In this role you will be the central day-to-day contact for a high-profile F1 client and have responsibility of the overall events/hospitality programme delivery and management, reporting directly to a senior member of staff. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their partners to understand their needs and expectations and ensure seamless and exceptional service throughout the hospitality programme. The candidate will thrive on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in sponsorship activation, display exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills both spoken and written. As part of a small team delivering globally, a willingness to be involved in every element of the programme both on and offsite, is essential. Key responsibilities include: • Central management of the account and event-programme, from start to finish overseeing all deliverables, • Plan onsite activation logistics and operations including hotels, transport, venues etc. where required, • Pre-event project management including RoS, hotel and logistics’ management, guest transport matrix etc., • Onsite event lead; accountable for onsite programme deliverables at select F1 races, • Host guests onsite in the Paddock Club if required, delivering client-facing service excellence. Keeping guests well informed throughout the day, facilitating all scheduled guest activities and managing the itinerary, troubleshooting where required, • Management of dinner requirements (venue booking, set-up, F&B and event production) and any other related off-track activity and operations, • Full quality control over the account’s project management documentation and client-facing documents (planners, logistics, budgets etc.).
