The Role We are looking for a driven and organised Personal Bookings Co‑ordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, converting them into confirmed bookings for engineers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Converting leads into active bookings Allocating jobs in line with the engineer matrix Liaising with engineers and customers to arrange further works Conducting proactive after‑sales follow‑ups Processing customer payments Managing blended dialler campaigns Internal stakeholder management to ensure open communication with the business What We’re Looking For A sales‑driven individual with a strong focus on achieving targets Excellent time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment Computer‑literate, ideally with customer service and administrative experience Someone who puts customer experience at the heart of everything they do Benefits £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission 12‑week rotating shift pattern (earliest start 8am, latest finish 9pm) 2 x Saturdays worked per 12‑week cycle 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) — bank holidays must be booked as leave Additional holiday day awarded each year of service (up to 5 years) Casual dress Company pension Employee discount Company events Requirements GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 2 years sales experience (required) Minimum 2 year customer service experience (required) Minimum 2 year administrative experience (required) Strong English communication skills (required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Casual dress Company events Company pension Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Sick pay Work Location: In person
