We’re looking for a senior delivery professional who can shape, mobilise and lead complex regulatory redress activity in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. What you’ll be doing: • Leading end-to-end delivery of a Motor Finance Commissions Redress programme, • Designing programme structures, mobilisation plans, governance and reporting frameworks, • Overseeing case handling, operations, quality assurance and workstream activity, • Managing key client stakeholders, SMEs and senior leadership engagement, • Ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty, regulatory expectations and customer outcomes, • Driving programme controls, risk management and effective decision-making, • Supporting operational readiness and continuous improvement across all workstreams What we’re looking for: • Strong experience delivering large-scale remediation, redress or regulatory conduct programmes, • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in complex FS environments, • Solid understanding of complaints, redress activity and regulatory requirements, • Experience within motor finance (commission-related experience advantageous), • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, • Someone confident shaping and executing delivery frameworks at pace Project details: • Location: Berkshire – 3 days per week on-site (non-negotiable) and 2 days working from home, • Contract: Daily rate contract, • Initial term: 3 months with a view to extend, • Opportunity to join a high-profile Motor Finance Commissions Redress programme If you’re immediately available and interested in being considered, please apply directly.
