    Location: South Croydon, England Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications Overtime: Paid at time and a half for hours worked outside standard working hours Travel: Company van and fuel card provided where applicable The Role We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman / General Maintenance Operative to join a facilities and property maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general repairs, maintenance and remedial works across residential and commercial properties. You will help ensure properties are safe, well maintained and fully functional for occupants, tenants and site users. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a broad range of practical maintenance skills who takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
