Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and enabling functions to support transparent communication, timely escalation and effective portfolio control 3+ years’ experience in a PMO, Programme Office, Portfolio Office or delivery governance role, ideally within a complex transformation, healthcare, hospital or multi-disciplinary environment. Strong understanding of portfolio governance, delivery controls, reporting standards, RAID management, dependency management, milestone tracking and executive reporting. Proven experience creating, managing or improving portfolio dashboards, reporting packs, data models and governance information across multiple projects or programmes Experience coordinating backlog management, planning cycles, prioritisation processes and portfolio review forums Healthcare background is beneficial and desirable Experience supporting resource demand and capacity planning, including identification of constraints, conflicts, resource gaps and optimisation opportunities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior leaders, delivery teams, IT, Transformation and hospital stakeholders Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planner, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
