The team will consider anyone 4+ PQE looking for a clearer progression path, or a more Senior Lawyer ready for leadership, or an existing Partner seeking a more entrepreneurial platform, the firm is open-minded and flexible for the right individual. What you’ll be doing You’ll advise on a broad range of agricultural and rural property transactions for high end wealthy landowners, estates, farming businesses, and rural clients across the region. The work is varied, high-quality, and commercially focused, with plenty of opportunity to become a key figure within the wider rural practice. Alongside handling a busy caseload, you’ll have the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued growth and development of the team in your chosen location.
