Attention to detail, especially around hygiene and food safety. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good communication skills. Reliability and willingness to take on repetitive but essential tasks. Work Environment Usually fast-paced, hot, and sometimes noisy. Involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the establishment. Physically demanding: lifting heavy pots, standing for long hours, constant cleaning.
