The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our Accountancy & Finance division in Leicester, focusing on recruiting for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Part‑Qualified Accountant roles. You’ll be stepping into a high‑value market with the opportunity to grow and develop a desk that specialises in either temporary or permanent recruitment. You’ll nurture long‑standing relationships and partner with a wide range of commercial clients across the region. What can I expect day to day? As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within the Accountancy & Finance market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise in transactional and part‑qualified finance recruitment. Your role will include: • Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs, • Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across transactional and part‑qualified finance roles, • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies, • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, • Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude, • Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends At Hays, your earning potential is directly influenced by your performance.
