Time Type: Part time Worker Type: Employee Insurance Administrator Stafford with hybrid working Part time - 28 hours per week (can be worked over 4-5 days) We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Underwriting Operations team based at our Stafford office. In this role you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements maintaining accurate data and contributing to overall process efficiency. Youll also be involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Were the down-to-earth international insurer that is neither too big nor small so you can make a real impact! Your New Role: • Organisation and handling of central mailboxes for the E-trade teams ensuring priority and timely responses within SLAs., • Managing and completing tasks generated from the E-trade system such as policy updates documentation or follow-ups., • Assist in the review and administration of insurance policies, • Maintain policy systems and related documentation., • Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary., • Ensure all policies are up-to-date and compliant with organisational needs and legal requirements., • Act as the first point of contact for administrative related queries., • Provide clear and empathetic communication to internal and external stakeholders., • Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations., • Compiling and distributing daily reports to track workflow., • Support data entry analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or specialised software About you: • Good administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)., • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Acollaborative team playerwho builds positive working relationships across all levels., • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of producing clear detailed reports for a variety of audiences., • Aproactive problem-solver demonstrating resilience and determination in resolving queries.
