Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as drafting documents, preparing reports, and organising office events or functions. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
