Pick & Cheese is the world’s first cheese conveyor belt featuring a rotating array of 25 different British cheeses, individually paired with a unique condiment and small producer wines. Think Yo-Sushi but for cheese! We're busy year-round so you’ll need energy and a positive attitude. YOUR MISSIONS : • The Chief host will be a representative of the restaurant. Energy and a solid attitude are crucial for this role as a key part of management, and working closely with the GM you’ll support our FOH team to make sure we’re delivering a brilliant experience for all our guests. Our ideal candidate has a great grasp of what we’re about and is able to drive service that is spot on without being stuffy. You’ll be at home chatting to people, and be a natural at getting engagement and buy in from the team. We’re a busy restaurant and need someone who can bring the same pace and enthusiasm to work with them that we want to model for our FOH staff. You’ll be a critical thinker who is always questioning if we’re doing things the best way possible, and able to enjoy the pressure of a busy service.
