Your Role\n In this dynamic position, you will: \n\n • Manage and support Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA firewalls, implementing firewall changes, security policies, and network access controls.\n, • Collaborate closely with our Cyber Security teams to uphold security and compliance standards.\n, • Support F5 load balancing and Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services to ensure the availability of critical business applications.\n, • Deliver network upgrades and infrastructure projects, including office openings, relocations, acquisitions, and hardware refresh programs.\n, • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 network support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and maintain network performance and security.\n, • Configure and support Cisco and Aruba LAN, WAN, switching, and wireless environments.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n To thrive in this role, you should have: \n\n • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Nexus, Aruba Switching and Wi-Fi, and F5 Load Balancers.\n, • A strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, VPNs, network security, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.\n, • Significant network engineering experience within an enterprise environment.\n, • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project delivery skills.\n, • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Aruba, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, or ITIL would be a plus.\nWorking Conditions\n This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring you to be in our Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent office for 3 days a week. Applicants should hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with an ITIL v4 Foundation certification. A cloud-based certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
