We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, working closely with sales teams, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive excellent service and that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Supporting German-speaking customers by phone and email, • Handling enquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries, • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, • Preparing customer quotations and supporting the sales team, • Following up on customer enquiries and offers, • Assisting with day-to-day sales administration, • Processing customer orders in the internal system, • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, • Maintaining accurate customer and order data, • Supporting the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks, • Ensuring accurate documentation and communication records Requirements • Fluent German and good English, • Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Customer-focused, reliable, and proactive working style, • Good knowledge of MS Office Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
