You'll also lead and develop the HR Business Partnering team, setting the standard for high-impact, commercial HR support.\n\nYou will :\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing people, performance, and organisational strategy\nLead and develop the HR Business Partnering team, building capability and delivering high-impact support to the business.\nDrive initiatives to enhance leadership capability, strengthen performance and accountability, and support a high-performance culture\nLead organisational change and workforce planning initiatives\nEmbed a high-performance, values-led cultureAbout you\n\nProven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role\n\nStrong track record in talent, succession, and leadership development\nConfident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders\nEffective ability to translate business strategy into clear, outcome-drive people plans\nSkilled in using data and insight to inform decisions and influence stakeholders\nTrack record of embedding sustainable change and driving behavioural shift\nExperience leading customer-focused HR teams and driving organisational change\nCommercial, pragmatic, and outcomes-focusedIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
