We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent across various functions. Become a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey, leveraging your market insights and candidate-centric approach to achieve exceptional hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and business areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.\n, • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market intelligence and talent advisory support.\n, • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer preparation, and onboarding support.\n, • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.\n, • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.\n, • Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics.\n, • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues on international searches, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing initiatives.\n, • Build and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.\n, • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.\n, • Steer and support designated initiatives for our local Early Career program.\nQualifications & Experience\n\n, • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n, • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.\n, • Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or operations environments.\n, • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.\n, • Previous in-house recruitment experience is required; additional background in executive search or business partnering is a plus.\n, • Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.\n, • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.\n, • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.\n, • Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.\nWhat We Offer\n\n, • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\n, • Up to two additional leave days for your personal wellbeing.\n, • Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week.\n, • Access to learning and development opportunities through our CSL Academy.\n\n We can't wait to see how you can contribute to our team!
