Site Manager - £34,000 Per Annum Play a pivotal role in leading a skilled Soft FM team at Newark General Hospital. Delivering high-quality, responsive services that meet patient, client and business expectations while driving value, compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead the day-to-day delivery of all soft services, ensuring high standards and a great customer experience, • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement to meet performance and budget targets, • Inspire, manage and develop teams, overseeing rotas, absence, performance reviews and training, • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation, • Manage service quality, audits and KPIs, resolving issues and driving improvements, • Identify and manage operational risks, supporting business continuity and emergency planning, • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support service excellence, • Proven experience managing soft services within a facilities or hospitality environment, • Strong leadership and people management capability, • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations, • Experience managing budgets and delivering operational efficiencies, • Confident user of MS Office and CAFM systems, • Results-driven, commercially aware and customer-focused, • High integrity with the ability to hold others accountable, • Experience managing senior third-party relationships, • Retail or facilities management background, • IOSH (or equivalent) qualification, • Food Safety qualification
