If you’ve managed in fast-paced brands like Nando’s, Wagamama, PizzaExpress, Five Guys, Wingstop or similar, this will feel familiar. This is not a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress role. We’re looking for someone who has already managed a restaurant Front of House operation and knows what it takes to run a busy service, lead a team, hold standards, cash up, handle customers, and keep everything moving when the pressure is on.
