KITCHEN ASSISTANT Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. Monitor stock levels for ingredients, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Innovate and contribute to new recipes or specials inspired by Lebanese street food traditions. Provide excellent customer service by preparing dishes promptly and responding to feedback constructively. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a chef, ideally working with a griddle or in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly Lebanese street food, is highly desirable. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
