Established Thai Canteen in Clapham is looking for a chef with a background in Asian food with knowledge and skills of Thai food preferential. The role is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food in a fast paced environment where quality and consistency is met. Whilst dishes on the woks will be the main focus to specialise in there is a requirement to occasionally work on other sections in the kitchen, both the grill and larder. A minimum of level 2 hygiene certification is required and an expectation high cleanliness and organisation. A love for food is a must with a can-do work ethic. All our dishes are made from scratch, where care with creating wholesome flavours and quality make consistency.
