About the job As a Receptionist at The Galaxie Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm and professional service to ensure a welcoming experience. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and provide support to ensure smooth evening operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest queries in a polite and efficient manner. Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Provide information about hotel services, local transport, and attractions. Liaise with housekeeping and management to ensure guest needs are met.
