Proposition Manager (Joint Propositions) Windsor / London / Reading with FlexFirst hybrid working Overview You'll join the Customer Experience team within Centrica Home, our B2C division, where the focus is on driving growth through world‑class customer experience and compelling product and service propositions. In this role, you'll shape, test and evolve customer propositions that meet real customer needs and stand out in the market. You'll help bring together products, services and experiences into joined‑up value propositions that support acquisition, retention and long‑term value. Working closely with research, data, marketing, product and commercial teams, you'll ensure propositions are insight‑led, on brand and commercially strong. For this role expect to be in the office at least once a week - subject to change and business demands. About the role You'll develop and refine customer propositions aligned to our growth strategy, using customer insight, market trends and competitor analysis to shape clear value stories. You'll help design end‑to‑end customer journeys, support proposition business cases, and work with cross‑functional teams to take propositions to market. You'll also support testing and iteration, ensure propositions are communicated consistently across channels, track performance, and recommend improvements. Where relevant, you'll help integrate offers, bundles and partner services into compelling customer propositions. What we're looking for You bring strong customer insight and commercial thinking, with experience in proposition or offer development in customer‑focused environments. You understand the full proposition lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimisation, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams to influence outcomes. You communicate clearly, tell strong value stories, and care about making things simpler for customers. Experience with testing, pricing or journey design is a plus, as is the ability to turn insight into tangible business value. A degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Strategy or a related field is required. Additional experience or training in value proposition design, business modelling or go‑to‑market planning is desirable.

To service our clients across the globe. #LI-CET As the LNG Credit Risk Manager , you will be responsible for managing the credit risk across the Centrica Energy LNG business, ensuring the monitoring, control, and mitigation of credit risks while supporting the development of business strategy. The role may also involve supporting credit risk activities related to the Gas and Power portfolio, depending on the needs of the business. The role holder will take decisions regarding credit risk within delegated competences and provide management with a motivated opinion regarding decisions to be taken at higher levels. You will ensure a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and exemplarity within the credit risk function and support the Head of Credit Risk and Head of Risk (Centrica Energy). The role is based out of our central London office (close to Marble Arch) with 3 days per week typically based within the office. What you'll be doing: * Oversee credit risk activities related to LNG transactions (with potential involvement in the Gas and Power portfolio), ensuring integrity of credit systems regarding exposure capture * Monitor and analyse credit exposures, identifying potential risks and opportunities for risk mitigation * Demonstrate an insightful understanding of financial accounts to review and approve credit assessments and scorings and set appropriate limits within group credit appetite * Implement and continually push the development of state-of-the-art information systems ensuring a thorough view of credit risks in cooperation with the dedicated IT and specialist quantitative teams * Collaborate closely with trading desks, finance teams, and other stakeholders to assess credit risks associated with new and existing transactions * Regularly review and update credit risk models, methodologies, and tools to enhance accuracy and effectiveness * Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to credit risk management in commodity trading * Represent Centrica in negotiations with external trading counterparties regarding credit matters and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of trading documentation and credit clauses. We have a few must-haves: * Extensive experience in credit risk management, especially in the LNG business, from within either a commodity trading house or investment banking environment, with an in depth understanding of market dynamics, key energy market players and trading practices * Energy commodity knowledge ideally within LNG and Gas * Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit risk policies and procedures * Deep knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, financial analysis, and risk modelling * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions * Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to commodity trading * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings in a clear manner to senior management * Experienced within stakeholder management, able to respond to demands of front, middle and back office teams * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a strategic mindset.

We are seeking a Product Specialist Engineer to assist with the implementation and integration and lead to the ongoing development. The role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of this product and to assist with the roll out across a diverse international portfolio of digital brands. You will directly influence how the data and audience intelligence shape the user experience and commercial performance. You will become an SME in this field and enjoy sharing your knowledge with other team members and wider technical teams across the business. Being responsible for configuring, building and enhancing Piano Composer. To include experiences, split tests and experiments to improve engagement, conversion and commercial performance. Designing and implementing structured and multivariate testing strategies and ensuring rigorous test design is carried out, along with clear insight reporting. Working with client-side web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the ability to de-bug front-end issues.
