Role Description This is a full-time\part-time on-site/hybrid, role based in Smethwick for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Tasks include understanding client needs, preparing tailored proposals, executing sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support product customization and enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development, • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills, • Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail, • Proficiency in CRM Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Sales Platforms, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, • Knowledge of PPE, workplace equipment, or industrial consumables is an advantage, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (but not required), • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives
