We are now seeking a Hub Stock Controller to support our Logistics function, ensuring effective control of materials, stock and Hub processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste and support operational delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage all goods in and goods out processes, ensuring accurate receipt, recording and distribution of materials, • Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring materials are available to support site and operational requirements, • Monitor and control stock usage, identifying shortages, discrepancies and excess stock, • Maintain clear and accurate stock records, logs and reporting systems, • Ensure all materials are stored, handled and issued in line with company procedures and standards, • Coordinate with site teams, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and allocation of materials, • Support the implementation and maintenance of Hub processes and systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency, • Identify opportunities to improve stock control, cost efficiency and operational performance, • Carry out regular stock checks and audits, ensuring full accuracy and accountability, • Support wider Hub operations and contribute to the smooth running of the facility Requirements • Experience in stock control, logistics or warehouse operations, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment, • Good communication skills and ability to work with site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, • Basic IT skills and experience using stock systems or tracking tools, • Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement, • Experience using multiple systems (Mondays/Work Wallet/Inspire/Excel…etc) Personal Attributes & Desired Behaviours • Integrity: Acts honestly and maintains accurate records at all times, • Ownership: Takes responsibility for stock control and Hub performance, • Collaboration: Works effectively with site, commercial and supply chain teams, • Trust: Builds reliable working relationships across the business, • Adaptability: Responds positively to changing site and operational demands, • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all stock and reporting activities, • Professionalism: Maintains high standards and supports team performance Why Join Us? • Play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective material control, • Be part of a driven, collaborative operations team, • Opportunity to improve processes, drive efficiency and develop your career We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
