Join our PLM consulting team to help engineering and manufacturing clients design, configure, and adopt Siemens Teamcenter for better product data management, change control, and digital continuity. You’ll focus on functional consulting, capturing business processes, shaping PLM solutions, configuring Teamcenter (no heavy coding), and driving user adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience with NX and CAD PLM integration is a plus. • Design and configure Teamcenter workflows, lifecycles, and data structures to support controlled, auditable processes., • Guide testing, migration, and go-live activities while enabling user adoption through training and governance., • 5+ years in PLM consulting with deep Teamcenter functional experience across multiple projects., • Hands-on configuration of core Teamcenter modules (BOM/Product Structures, Workflow, Change/Release, Active Workspace)., • Practical exposure to NX and CAD PLM integration for assemblies and release governance., • Full lifecycle delivery experience: discovery, design, configuration, testing, migration, go live, and adoption., • Familiarity with Teamcenter integrations (ERP/MES), classification, reporting, and permissions modeling., • Awareness of BMIDE and data model concepts (read/understand models, not necessarily develop)., • Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and engineering-led programs., • Sector exposure in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Rail, or Energy., • Hybrid working, • Possibility to work up to 45 days per year from abroad, • Open access to digital learning platforms, • Active employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women at Capgemini Capgemini is proud to be a ___ under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
