    We are looking for a passionate, reliable and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team for the opening of our new restaurant in East Sheen. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the beginning and play an important role in establishing the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping to maintain consistently high standards from day one. THE ROLE As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during service. You will be expected to lead by example, support the wider kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and organisation. RESPONSABILITY • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen., • Assist with the preparation and execution of lunch and dinner services., • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently to a high standard., • Lead and support the kitchen team during busy services., • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation., • Assist with stock control, deliveries, ordering and kitchen organisation., • Ensure food preparation is carried out efficiently and according to the required standards., • Monitor portion control, food quality and minimise waste., • Support with training and development of junior members of the kitchen team., • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service., • Step up and take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef., • Follow all food safety, health and safety and company procedures. REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a high-end restaurant., • Excellent organisation and time-management skills., • Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during busy services., • A good knowledge of English is essential for this role. Understanding of Italian would be an advantage., • Knowledge of Italian Cuisine is a plus., • Reliable, punctual and professional. The restaurant will currently operates Tuesday to Sunday, offering lunch and dinner service. As the restaurant grows, we plan to open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner. The role therefore requires flexibility and availability across the week, including evenings, weekends and late finishes. Please check your commute to East Sheen before applying.

You will be travelling on one of our buses to client’s houses and venues to carry out the parties. Parties are booked around London and surrounding areas within the M25 border. At the parties, you will be required to supervise the party and help players throughout their party. You must be friendly, professional, outgoing and have a good relationship with clients to help grow our fun, friendly brand.
