What You'll Be Doing: • Leading from the front – setting the tone for a vibrant and welcoming café atmosphere., • Bringing energy – managing operations efficiently and proactively., • Building & mentoring your team – developing skills, training baristas, and ensuring a seamless customer experience., • Making coffee with heart – our single-origin coffee is at the core of what we do., • Managing daily operations – overseeing stock, deliveries, and accounting with precision (experience with Fourth systems is a plus!)., • Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety – familiarity with Food Alerts - Alert 65 programme desirable., • Collaborating with the Head Chef – to drive the café's success.
