Role Purpose Support the Buying Director and Buyer in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing products that align with the company’s vision and deliver agreed KPI targets. Key Responsibilities • Plan and develop a profitable, commercial range., • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price and quality standards., • Manage the critical path and meet buying calendar deadlines., • Monitor sales performance and take action to maximise profit and reduce markdown., • Review competitor activity and maintain clear price architecture., • Work closely with Merchandising, Technical, Marketing and Retail teams., • Present ranges in selection and sign-off meetings. About You • Minimum 3 years’ experience at Assistant Buyer level., • Strong commercial and financial awareness., • Experience building profitable ranges., • Confident communicator and team player., • Experience working with suppliers (FOB and landed).
