About the Role: We are reinventing the world of 50+ golf, putting some of the best players, Major winners and ex-Ryder Cup legends front and centre of the brand. Legends is a ground-breaking joint venture between the European Tour Group and Staysure Founder Ryan Howsam. The Tour’s unique Celeb Pro-Am format, and the opportunity for amateurs to play alongside professionals under tournament conditions and live the life of a pro in the Legends Experience is an experience unmatched in golf and sport. We are seeking a talented junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Media team reporting to the Head of Creative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sport and design, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to tell stories through creative visual communication. You’ll work on the ideation, creation, and production of marketing and communication projects across digital and print channels — from website and social media content to large-scale on-site branding and partner proposals. You’ll also support the commercial team in building visually engaging PowerPoint decks for partners and prospects. Key Responsibilities: • Create high-quality design assets across digital, print, and presentation formats;, • Support the marketing and commercial teams with the design and layout of sponsorship and partner proposals;, • Deliver tournament graphics and assets during live events;, • Prepare and supply print-ready artwork for on-site and promotional use;, • Work closely with the Head of Creative and wider content team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output; and, • Maintain alignment with Legends Tour brand guidelines and overall creative standards. Personal Attributes, Skills and Experience required: The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience in a design or creative agency, with a strong portfolio;, • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma;, • Strong layout and typography skills with excellent attention to detail;, • Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends based on tour schedules;, • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience of creating high-quality proposal and presentation decks;, • Knowledge of print processes and preparing artwork for production;, • A positive mindset, open to learning new skills and systems, eager to learn and take on more responsibility over time;, • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects;, • Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines;, • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences;, • Organised, self-motivated, and confident; and, • A passion for sport, particularly golf, is highly desirable.
